PURCHASING A PLOT

THE FALL CREEK CEMETERY OF SPICEWOOD, TEXAS

Follow these steps:

1. Read the cemetery Rules and Regulations.
2. Based on your reading of the rules, determine if the person(s) to be buried meet(s) the Interment Requirements in paragraph G of the Rules.
3. Print a copy of the Plot Purchase Agreement.
4. Fill in the name and address of each proposed interee in Section A of the agreement. Leave the plot assignments blank.
5. Fill in the information in Section D for each purchaser of the plot(s).
6. Contact one of the Cemetery Officers/Directors and provide the information on the proposed interee(s).
7. The cemetery officer will verify the interment qualifications of the person(s) to be buried.
8. The cemetery officer will meet with the purchaser(s) to select the plot(s), and finalize and execute the purchase agreement.
